Interactive Inflatables – Games

One thing that children love about summer is going out to have fun at various outdoor events such as carnivals, fairs, and many other themed community events. Many of these events contain special interactive inflatables that are actually fun-filled games. In today’s post, we’ll talk about different kinds of games that are interactive inflatable games. We’ll discuss some of the types you can find and when you might want to use them.

There are several types games that are interactive inflatables. Many of them are sports related, to one degree or another. One interesting game that isn’t necessarily sports related is the Bungee Run. Basically, these interactive inflatables have a soft runway in which someone tries to run to the end while attached to a bungee chord. This can prove a wonderful challenge due to the strength of bungee cords, as well as the fact that the fabric of these interactive inflatables doesn’t allow for much friction to help you run.

Another great game is the Velcro Wall. These interactive inflatables can be thought of as giant flypaper walls. What you do is you put on a Velcro vest and then bounce as high as you can before jumping into the wall. The goal is to stick yourself to the wall as high up as you can. Whoever sticks the highest wins the game. This can keep kids entertained for hours, as well as tire them out.

There’s a great inflatable game that is geared more towards older children. I’m talking about the inflatable Joust Mattress. These interactive inflatables are basically jousting arenas similar to what you might see on American Gladiators. In this game, you have two people standing on platforms above the rest of the inflatable mattress. They have large padded jousting sticks. The goal of the game is to knock your opponent off their platform and onto the soft mattress below.

In terms of interactive inflatable games, this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are many more inflatable games out there for children to have fun with at any kind of outdoor or large indoor event. You can check out our main page to see if we can help you find one that matches your situation.

Have you ever seen or used any of these interactive inflatable games? If so, how did the children react to them? We’d love to hear from anyone who has stories about great times with these interactive inflatable games in the comments section below.
