Outdoor Promotional Centerpiece - Vendor Tents

As a part of this month’s efforts to help people with their vendor tent setups, we at Inflatable Design group have already made a few posts giving examples. Already, we showcased Tecate’s and Legends Beer’s vendors tent packages.  We’ve also explained some hypothetical scenarios in which a business could possibly use vendor tents, including the other items in their packages.
Today, we would like to take the time to focus on just one piece of the package.  The vendor tent itself is the main piece for which the entire promotional package is built.  In future posts, we will go into more detail about the other promotional pieces that complement vendor tents.

As has already been mentioned in previous posts, the vendor tent is the centerpiece of the whole promotional package.  It’s true that you can use the promotional flags, giant inflatables, and the other pieces without vendor tents, but these tents bring a specific context to your promotional efforts, no matter what the outdoor event is.  When a passerby sees a vendor tent, they automatically know the tent is going to have goods, services, or tangible information specifically related to the brand emblazoned on the tent. All of the other promotional pieces simply act as supplements in this context.

One hypothetical example could be for an automotive company.  If you own an automotive parts company, you could set up your tent to feature your logo.  If your company owns many subsidiaries, you could feature one large logo with many smaller ones on the same tent. It really depends on what you want for your vendor tent.

The idea is to tell people at the event that when they come to your tent that they will find products, product samples, or even information on products those brands carry.  Some businesses might use vendor tents that have demonstrations, such as gears comparing the effectiveness of different types of motor oil.

If you own a company that sells consumables, you could give away free samples under your vendor tent.  A vendor tent can be especially powerful for companies that sell refreshments.  Furthermore, people tend to gravitate towards shade and refreshments when they’ve been out in the scorching heat.  In such a scenario, a vendor tent can be a great escape, even if it’s only temporary.

Getting vendor tents for your next outdoor promotion is a ‘must have.’  Be sure to check out our vendor tent promotional package over at our main website page.  Our spectacular design team can’t wait to see what they can cook up for you.  Also, feel free to drop any ideas in the comment section below. We love hearing from our readership.
