Vendor Tent Hypotheticals

In our last post, we took a break from August’s vendor tent package promotion to talk a little about giant inflatable archways and entryways for other kinds of events than we talked about in July.  Today, I want to get back to talking about the different kinds of promotional opportunities you can take advantage of when it comes to August’s vendor tents promotional packages. In future posts, we’ll talk about the different elements of the package.

We’ve already given two distinct examples of companies who hired our spectacular design team to tackle their promotional needs with these outdoor tent packages.  I’m talking about Tecate and Legends Beer. Both were beautifully designed to show off the brand of each company while being able to grab the attention of passersby.

What are some possibilities a company might have in terms of promotional opportunities using these vendor tent and promotional flag bundles?  Obviously, you’re looking to have a strong presence at some kind of outdoor event.  One example of using vendor tents can be at a self-hosted event centered on your company and its products.

Imagine you are a beer company, like Legends Beer, which regularly hosts promotional events for your high-quality malt beverage.  It might be prudent to set up a tent at which people can try your product, right? Maybe you want to give out free samples, distribute full servings to the parched mouths of thirsty attendees, or you want to sell merchandise.  However you want to handle the promotion, you can bet that, if it’s outdoors, you are going to want tents with your brand on them, as well as giant inflatables to clearly signal to people what they can find there.

Another example could be if your business is going to be one of many at a large event with dozens of other independent vendors.  Fairs are one such possibility, so it’s important to be prepared to deal with tons of competitors, each vying for a spot in your customers’ attention.  Having vendor tents is great, but you’re going to need to do better than that.  Promotional flags and inflatable replicas will help your presence stick out from the mob of vendors.
